Change-of-mind / unopened
If an item is unused, unopened and in original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Contact us via the Contact page to arrange approval before sending anything back.
What we cannot accept
- Opened nicotine products or items not in sellable condition (hygiene and safety).
- Returns without prior contact / authorisation.
- Returns after the 14-day window for change-of-mind (ACL rights still apply for faulty goods).
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email us with photos and your order number. ACL remedies may include repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible after we inspect the returned goods.
